AcroYoga is a joyful blending of yoga, acrobatics and healing arts.

In this introduction to the practice, we will play to cultivate trust and connection. Acrobatics may be daunting but by breaking the skills down into manageable elements with a yogic perspective, they become possible. We’ll round out the day with a delicious guided thai massage to leave you invigorated and refreshed.

Come on your own, with a partner, bring friends… the more the merrier.
